Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

We will send you an email after your return has been received and examined to advise you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.

If you are authorised, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be given to your credit card or original mode of payment within a set number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

You’ll get a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was labelled as a gift when purchased and sent straight to you. A gift voucher will be issued to you after the returned item has been received.

If the item wasn’t identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later, we’ll send a reimbursement to the gift giver, and they’ll be notified of your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for any shipping expenses associated with returning your goods. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you get one.

The time it takes for your returned merchandise to reach you will vary depending on where you reside.

Consider utilising a trackable shipping service or getting shipment insurance if you’re returning more expensive things. We can’t promise that we’ll get your returned item.
